  4. Infected hospital waste material is disposed off as per guidelines .
  5. Monitoring and control of Hospital Infection by Hospital Infection Control Committee.
  6. Training – In order to upgrade the skills of various categories of staff periodic training programmes are undertaken.
  7. Clinical meetings are conducted from time to time.
  8. Public lectures on HIV/AIDS awareness and  other prevalent diseases.
  9. Wheel chairs and Stretchers are available at the gate of Casualty & OPD, in the  wards.
  10. Condoms are  available at the entrance of OPD.
  11. Lifts are available in the Old & New Block.
  12. Ambulance services is  provided  for transfer to patients seeking referral to other hospitals round the clock.
  13. Ambulance service is also provided for discharged beneficiaries (non-ambulatory)  at 1 PM and 6 PM to drop the beneficiaries to their residences in Delhi only.
  14. There are four stand-by generators to cater to emergency services in case of power failure.
  15. Public telephone booths are available near the emergency department and ground floor of Operation Theatre block, OPD, old-building-ODC block and Nurses hostel.
  16. Cold drinking water through aqua-guard at various places.
  17. Canteen facilities for attendants of the patients and staff.
  18. Post-Office, Mother Dairy milk booth and Extension counter of the Bank.
  19. Security guards from private agency are stationed at crucial points within the hospital campus in addition to regular chowkidars of the hospital.
  20. Air-Conditioned mortuary and mortuary chamber(for 3 bodies).
